Sales Presentation

The Problem:

Sales and executive teams needed to pitch IKO products to contractors, but every meeting called for a different mix of content. They needed one system they could pull from, not a new deck each time.

My solution:

I built and maintained a 100-page presentation library with sectional dividers, so teams across Canada (in English and French) and the U.S. could quickly pull the pages they needed and assemble shorter, targeted decks. Sales used it to pitch products to contractors, and executives used it to present to RoofPro loyalty program contractors.

To keep dense product information easy to scan, I designed blank template slides, turned product data into clear charts, graphs and tables, and created one-off pages like a map with color-coded plant information. Consistent hierarchy, color and layout kept the whole library cohesive and easy to update.
